Refund (cash) on delivery of the package

The value of the ordered products and services can be paid to the courier even upon their delivery to the address specified by you. An additional cost of 5 lei is paid. This cost represents a fee charged by the courier company for the transfer of the refund to our company.

Bank transfer

Payment can also be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice, the products will be delivered after the amount (total value of the invoice) has entered our account.

 Payment can be made online with your personal or company card, in complete safety conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fee is charged.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted on a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way, your information is safe.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.

Payment in Rates

Payment can be made in a maximum of 4 installments with shopping cards issued by Banca Transilvania (BT Star), Alpha Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Garanti Bank and First Bank.
It can also be paid through the online financing offered by TBI Bank.
